Project Kickoff Meeting
As soon as the project has been awarded to us, we will have an internal kickoff meeting with the project manager, Modeler, detailer and checker.
Preliminary RFIs
We will raise a set of standard/Preliminary RFIs , missing documents which we have gathered from our past experiences.
Modelling
This is the first stage of converting 2D Structural/architectural drawings into a 3D model using software like Tekla Structures/other CAD software.
RFIs
Early, accurate RFIs highlighting missing information in consultant drawings, conflicting details, and buildability concerns to prevent fabrication/erection delays.
Coordination
Resolving clashes with MEP, concrete, precast, and architectural models to ensure steel fits on site without cutting or reworking.
Marking Plans
Erection-friendly GA/Erection drawings with clear assembly mark numbers and sequences for fast, confusion-free installation
Fabrication Drawings
Workshop-focused drawings with clean dimensions, practical weld/bolt layouts, clear part orientation, and buildable connection details.
IFA (Issued for Approval)
Well-coordinated approval packs designed to minimise consultant comments and keep fabrication schedules on track.
Review & Revise
Once reviewed by the consultants, checklists will be created to track the comments. Model and drawings will updated based on the comments received.
Final Review by Checker
Our internal checker will review our model and drawings for one last time before issuing the package for fabrication and erection.
Processing Data
Reliable production data: NC/DXF files, correct plate profiles, accurate single parts, BOMs and reports for cutting, procurement, and planning.
IFC (Issued for Construction)
A complete, fabrication-ready IFC package with final drawings, accurate files, and a coordinated model for smooth production and predictable erection.
